Promoting my websites through Google News is my most recent case study project. I just started so I can’t confirm all of the potential results but I am hoping I can perfect this method of promotion to provide backlinks, trust and traffic. Below is a screen-shot of my press release showing on the first page of Google News for the targeted keyword. It was sitting in position one when it was picked up and seems to have gone down to position three, 8 days later. I also had one placed yesterday for a very nice keyword and will keep releasing these at the rate of one per day for the next few weeks so I can observe the results.
